What Meridian is
A representation house, not a listing mill. Twenty-two agents who between them have sold on the same nine neighbourhoods for fourteen years.
We take a limited number of representations at a time, because the promise on this page is that you get a person and not a queue. Every enquiry is answered by an agent within twelve hours, including the ones that turn out not to be business.
What we will not do is tell you a house is right when it is not. That has cost us listings and it is the only reason the referral number below is what it is.
